Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the growth, development, execution & measurement of multi-platform media strategies across the portfolio of brands.
- Determining the best media outlet mix for promotional strategies - monitoring online and offline campaigns (TV, Outdoor, Radio, social media etc.)
- Own strategic direction, implementation, performance measurement & evolution of consumer programs within ATL & digital channels to incite user acquisition, consumer retention, engagement, win-back & advocacy.
- Strong knowledge in varied digital marketing channels including social media, digital media, mobile & web analytics.
- Work with agency partners to map best-in-class practices, Content & Community Strategies for each ABI brand.
- Oversee in-season campaign storytelling strategy (cadence, positioning & execution) to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Manage full marketing lifecycle of member engagement activities, to include ideation, planning, implementation, optimization & success measurement.
- Develop consumer segmentation & benefits strategies that provide the most relevant, timely & impactful program experiences.
- Perform reporting analysis of campaigns & develop recommendations to optimize future performance.
- Experience conceptualizing, developing & executing impactful consumer-facing media campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of target consumer behaviors including platforms (web, social etc.)
- Driven multiple projects to on-time delivery, including the involvement of multiple agencies & cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead mainline media & digital media research projects across the business generating actionable insights for the brand teams to execute upon.
- Lead teams comprised of social media & performance marketing managers; with demonstrated management experience & the ability to interact with senior leadership.
Job Qualifications and Competencies
- A University Degree in Business in relevant subject required, MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant marketing experience across a broad background (sales promotion, geographic marketing, sports/music marketing, advertising agency, digital marketing).
- Experience defining the brand strategy for a global or national brand & leading the execution across multiple consumer touch points.
- A deep knowledge of the creative process with hands-on experience.
- Passionate about creating structure & processes that support the development of amazing work in a creative environment.
- Forward thinking & the ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.
- Extraordinary communication & relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both up & down within the organization.
- Ability to continuously re-prioritize & adapt to change & effective at managing change.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights & propose relevant recommendations.
- Driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency.
