KRA :
- Overall Control of Commercial Function at the unit.
- Managing the entire functions of finance & accounts such as reconciliation, budgeting, monitoring and controlling of revenue & capital expenditure, credit policy, product costing for tendering, new product costing, pricing, process etc;
- Maintaining the accounts, establishing new controls and reviewing the existing one for operational efficiency. Preparing MIS Reports and Management Analysis Report for Review by Unit Leadership Team & Vertical / Regional Head
- Control on sundry Creditors & Debtors as per credit policy & also Processing of all ayments/receipts vouchers;
- Unit level legal & statutory compliance including TDS/VAT returns.
- Preparation & disbursement of salary to workers on due date.
- Reconciling accounts and report on a monthly basis
- Controlling distribution cost and all other overheads
- Supervised the capital expenditure process and capitalization of asset
- Providing support for conducting Internal & external audits.
- Continuous monitoring of internal controls related to activities in Invoicing, inventory and Schemes/claims etc.
- Support Purchase Function and actively participate in Negotiations
- Responsible for physical verification of cash & cash transactions, if any
Management Reporting :- Ensuring timely and accurate MIS and other management reporting
- Preparation of Monthly schedules, operating report, Balance sheet & various other reports required by Management.
