Role Description:

Develop state of art loan origination system using off the self along with custom built component. This role will understand vision of loan origination system, develop functional specification, co-ordinate with internal and external engineering team for built, develop funnel specification.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Preferred Experience in Home Loans, Mortgage and LAP.

- Good financial analytical skills, communication skills.

- Knowledge and expertise of developing AS IS, TO BE processes and functional specification.

- Knowledge of business processes in finance ( primary lending ) industry

- Knowledge and expertise in writing test cases and conducting testing.

- Knowledge and expertise of working with different stakeholders.

- Prior knowledge of working in mobile apps and desktop application.

- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and business application of any Banking product

- Strong knowledge in, Lending, Collateral, Payments, Fees & Charges, Limits, Internet Banking, Treasury.

- Knowledge of new database storage methods including columnar, correlation and in memory database

Responsibilities:

- Good Understanding of the Lending Business Processes and Loan Origination and Collection Systems

- Evaluate & select third party applications

- Understanding and knowledge of product solutions in lending

- Ability to liaise with Product owners and gather requirements

- Liaise with Product implementation teams

- Own applications from tech team.

- Evaluate and select applications for business processes

- Analyze existing business process and do process reengineering and develop To Be processes.

- Understand and present functionalities present and not present in applications

- Map functionalities into application functionalities

- Develop functional specification, functional design for new functionalities in mobile and desktop application

- Define scope of projects and/or initiatives

- Plan and co-ordinate work of business analyst and provide mentorship.

- Organizing and /or providing training for users and other Consultants
