Role Description :

- Own and do product management for state of art CRM Application using off the self along with custom built component. This role will help built product vision and requirement of Mobile Application/ CRM Application/ Loan Origination Application, built milestones, develop functional specification, co-ordinate with internal and external engineering team for built and ensure product adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Preferred Experience in Home Loans, Mortgage and LAP.

- Good financial analytical skills, communication skills.

- Knowledge and prior experience in New Product Conceptualization, Product Innovation and Product Usage Analytics

- Knowledge and expertise of Application Development and strategy building.

- Knowledge of business processes in finance ( primary lending ) industry

- Knowledge and expertise of working with different stakeholders.

- Prior knowledge of working in mobile apps and desktop application.

- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and business application of any Banking product

- Strategic Thinker Detail Oriented Quick Learner

Responsibilities :

- Scope out initial ideas and create mock ups and prototypes with internal and external development Team.

- Prepare and drive the product roadmap, strategy, features and vision.

- Usability consulting, designing framework and development for CRM Application.

- Developing product development plan and monitoring the execution

- SPOC for various stakeholders like Business Development, internal and external stakeholders

- Engage with customers to understand marketplace, competitor platforms including technology,

- Developing and performing product presentations and product demonstrations to the management.

- Organizing and /or providing training for users and other Consultants

- Develop functional specification, functional design for new functionalities in mobile and desktop application

- Define scope of projects and/or initiatives
