Role Description :

Develop state of art CRM Application using off the self along with custom built component. This role will understand vision and requirement of Loan Origination Application, lead lifecycle of CRM application : develop vision & plan, develop functional specification, co-ordinate with internal and external engineering team for built, develop funnel specification.

Experience: 10-12 Years

Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering/MBA

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Preferred Experience in Home Loans, Mortgage and LAP.

- Good financial analytical skills, communication skills.

- Knowledge and prior experience in New Product Conceptualization, Product Innovation and Product Usage Analytics

- Knowledge and expertise of building enterprise application and strategy building.

- Knowledge and expertise of working with different stakeholders.

- Prior knowledge of working in off the shelf CRM applications .

- Excellent product judgment : in-depth understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, and strong intuition for what people want to do.

- Writing ability : Ability to write final text for UI strings, marketing copy, or press releases. Your writing is pithy, clear, and in command of tone.

- Work ethic : Ability to work hard to keep your team as productive as possible.

- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and business application of any Banking product

- Strategic Thinker Detail Oriented Quick Learner

Responsibilities:

- Understand company current products, business plan and develop tech capability needs in CRM area.

- Prepare and drive the product roadmap, strategy, features and vision.

- Usability consulting, designing framework and development for CRM Application.

- Developing product development plan and monitoring the execution

- SPOC for various stakeholders like Business Development, internal and external stakeholders

- Engage with customers to understand marketplace, competitor platforms including technology,

- Developing and performing product presentations and product demonstrations to the management.

- Organizing and /or providing training for users and other Consultants

- Provide leadership to Product team in CRM area.

- Define scope of projects and/or initiatives
