- Handle secretarial compliances i.e. Board procedures, Meetings, RoC filings etc. - Ensure timely completion of the Stock Exchange compliances, SEBI submissions, RBI filings etc. - Execute Corporate Actions viz. Dividend, Rights Issue, Bonus Issue etc. - Work with other departments/ team to ensure smooth conduct of company's affairs. - Proactively identify the key issues/ matters and devising solutions thereon. - Prepare research reports on topics/ subjects for benefit of the group. - Support the General Manager (Secretarial) in various day-to-day tasks. - Review the activities of direct reportees. - Review the functions of the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents. - Prepare reports on various internal findings and present it to the Board. - Make representation before MCA, Govt. and other authorities and to co-ordinate with RBI, - Company Law Department, ITES registration, Consultants and other Government Bodies for various approvals, as may be required. Required Candidate profile : - Should have qualified Company Secretary with 7 to 8 years of work experience with reputed listed organizations.
