Key Role & Responsibilities: Organization Management: - Design & approve the organization structure - Align the manpower as per organizational need i.e. defining job role and responsibilities and placing individuals according to org structure - Ensure employees are provided complete clarity on the expectation from the role System Management: - Provide guidance and inputs in designing and implementation of elements as per the set guidelines for the smooth functioning Talent Acquisition: - Identify and ensure availability of effective human resources as per the company needs and review it from time to time - Ensure effective human resource planning Competency Mapping: - Accountable for strengthening competencies of the team members by providing them with the right development opportunities - Initiate and review the plan for competency development within the function - Assess team capabilities and develop a strong talent pipeline for the succession Learning & Development: - Develop team members by providing necessary learning opportunities - Ensure team's capability are enhanced to deliver better performance standards Performance Management: - Develop and promote a performance driven culture in which the teams are motivated to stretch their capabilities and obtain the desired results - Set performance goals for one's function and ensure alignment of the function with the overall objective with an organization Total Rewards: - Reward talent by awarding them timely appreciation for their timely contribution and performance Factory Compliance: - Review factory compliances, statutory and regulatory requirements related to one's function and ensure that they are fulfilled and followed by functional managers
