You're ready to roll up your sleeves, take up projects and see them to completion with minimal supervision.  - Working with expert marketers working on paid, social, search, display, mobile and email channels in a fast-paced, rapidly growing spectrum in online education. The role requires a strong Product and technology bent of mind. As marketers, we are deeply passionate about the overall customer experience, and so we believe the best performance marketers love working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, product managers and creative to deliver that top-notch first and repeat experience.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   - Responsible for rapidly acquiring and retaining new customers through an aggressive and entrepreneurial approach of constantly testing, measuring and iterating.  - Create & drive strategy to build inbound traffic and improve conversions on the website & apps  - Conduct deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identify misses and opportunities  - Closely monitoring, measuring and reporting on paid marketing driven growth; you embrace the quintessential LTV vs. CPA equation.  - Continually improve upon both profitability and growth metrics while constantly testing new acquisition and retention channels.  - Provide regular reporting and performance updates to communicate successes, inconsistencies, underperformance, or any other campaign related metrics  - Managing and optimizing new acquisition and retention campaigns across all channels including paid Social, Search, Display, Mobile and Email.  Qualification:  - A thorough understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition  - Expertise in advanced analytics implementation, reporting and insights on a platform such as Google Analytics, amplitude, etc.  - Excellent negotiation, quantitative and analytical skills and deep familiarity with marketing CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU and LTV.  - Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment  Skill Requirements:  Analytics, Marketing Analytics, SQL, Web Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Management, Marketing
