Aakash Institute - Manager - Marketing - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Job Purpose:

- Owner of the Aakash Digital brand initiatives and brand saliency.

- Owning marketing budgets for Aakash Digital business, planning and optimizing budget vs. spends across all marketing activities.

- Manage the marketing team responsible for Aakash Digital.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing Annual Marketing Plan and Marketing Strategy with leadership team

- Co-creating media and advertising strategy - ATL, BTL, SM, Digital, CRM and PR

- Responsible for brand management of Aakash Digital's brands - brand positioning, managing creative agency.

- Owning marketing budgets for Aakash Digital business, planning and optimizing budget vs. spends across all marketing activities.

- Support the field and channel sales team in development and execution of customer acquisition programs.

- Driving world class CRM strategy based on business and customer data analytics - be the bridge between product team and marketing execution.

- Spearheading strategic brand alliances and partnerships to strengthen consumer engagement

- Driving Growth in Business

- Cross functional collaboration with Finance, SCM, IT, Legal, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Qualification:

- Tier 1 MBA with 4-6 years experience

- Preferably from Consumer Goods/ Telecom background

- Experience of Brand, Channel and Digital marketing required.

- Prior experience in managing a digital brand preferred but not mandatory.
