About the Role:  The incumbent will execute digital marketing campaigns for AESPL's products and services (digital as well as non-digital).  Responsibilities:  - Plan and executing digital marketing campaigns:  - SEM  - SMM  - Display Campaigns  - Email marketing etc.  - Drive SEO (on page and off page)  - Drive content based marketing (blogs etc.)  - Interface with digital marketing vendors  - Tracking conversion and optimizing campaigns  - Campaign dashboard and reporting  - Improving design, UX and content of the site with the intent to drive visits and conversions  - Get creatives like banners etc. created  Skills & Requirements:  - 5 to 9 years of experience in Technology and Digital Marketing  - Hands on experience of the whole gamut of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social media, SMS Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate marketing, Display Network etc.)  - Hands on experience with marketing automation concepts, retargeting strategies, attribution modeling  - Experience of driving digital marketing in B2C space, preferably for consumer online products  - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice  - Extremely strong in Google Analytics, Other BI Tools, Understand Digital Marketing Metrics  - Should have eye for details - e.g., should be able to review a graphics design and identify alignment and color consistency issues  - Should be able to take decision driven by both data and qualitative information  KRA:  - Improve organic traffic on the website using SEO and Content Marketing Strategies  - Quality Lead Gen, Improving Conversion Funnel, Reducing CAC  - Measurement and Optimization, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell, Marketing Automation  - Growth Hacking, App Store Optimization, Community Building  Location: Gurgaon  Salary offered: 7 - 18 LPA
