Hiring Subject Matter Expert (NEET PG)

Job Purpose :

Aakash EduTech has launched the Aakash PG Plus program for medical students. The program is digital course specially curated to coach doctors pursuing MBBS and professionals who have completed MBBS and are preparing for the Medical PG entrance exam.

Aakash EduTech is looking to on-board an excellent Subject Matter Expert who can create and implement plans and strategies for Aakash PG Plus program. It's an opportunity to scale new brand for one of the fastest growing EdTech

company in the country.

Key Responsibility & Ownership for the position:

1. Liaison Partner between academic & non-academic team.

2. Identify needs & devise training programs (academic inputs) for Inside sales & field sales.

3. Work with marketing on social media strategy to increase reach, audience growth & follower count.

a. Identify content to be shared on various platforms & work with teams for its development

b. Facilitate scaling the brand and company awareness through various social media channels.

c. Identify key Influencer's & work with teams to maximise impact.

d. Create brand out of properties like faculty, content etc.

4. Engaging with the end users through college visit for seminars, interviews or group discussions.

5. Manage the day-to-day handling of queries related to content.

6. Contribute towards development of the APP & suggest changes to enhance consumer experience.

Desired Profile :

Essential Qualification :

- Graduate/ Post graduate with a medical degree & a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

- Understand NEET PG market.

- Understanding of Content to be consumed by students & Doctors.

- Experience in doing similar role in an EdTech, B2C ecommerce, Technology or similar consumer & services sector.
