Key Responsibility & Ownership for the position :

1. Creating and executing a BTL & offline marketing strategy & plan.

2. Developing and managing offline prospecting and remarketing campaigns

3. Acquisition of customers through various modes of offline marketing.


4. Measuring & Monitoring return on advertising spend for efficient ROI Role Description


1. Customer Acquisition :


- Drive footfall & conversion for NEET PG program.


- Plan & execute strategies for offline acquisition of customers.


- Planning and executing all BTL activities


- Events (College fests, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, brochures) and brand placement (OOH, Fixed branding)


- Working with field sales team in executing BTL activities jointly.


2. Analytics :


- Monitor, track, analyse and report output of various initiatives & BTL campaigns.


- Analyse the leads & pass on to relevant channels for conversion.


3. Brand Awareness :


- Create and execute strategy to drive awareness and consideration for NEET PG


- Creation and implementation of the monthly/ quarterly/ annual activity calendar.


- Ensure brand consistency in all the marketing activity.


- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
