Hiring Performance Marketing Head

Role Description :

The role involves managing performance marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Native,and other ad platforms) to promote the brand and drive business growth. It also involves working with various stakeholders (internally & externally) and running day-to-day management of projects and ensuring that they are completed successfully

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall online marketing strategy - Plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns end-to-end

- Create performance & social media campaigns and strategies for programs including budget planning, implementation and continuously tracking & improving ROAS

- Ensuring brand consistency in marketing across platforms

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns/Channels and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)

- Identify new trends in Digital Marketing & evaluate new technologies and find newer ways of automation

- Work with other team members to hit the organizational goals & objectives

Requirement :

- 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing

- In-depth understanding of Google Ads and Social media marketing

- Martech experience & digital automation experience is a major plus

- Experience in lead generation, user journey optimization will be an added advantage
