Aakash Educational Services - Customer Insights Analyst

Job Purpose :

At Aakash, we have two stakeholders as our customers - Parents and Students. Their needs and motivation are different. Both are important to capture and drive insights on

- Conducting Customer Journey Insights using various tools including surveys, FGDs etc

- Work with the manager to get student and parent insights that would lead to improvement in satisfaction and reduce LO

- Execute identified methodology on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs

- Generating students insights that would improving their learning journey, motivation, supporting in all aspects that would lead to better growth for the students

- Insights into Parent segments and their needs and devise strategies and implement them through technology and process interventions

- Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports

Key Requirements

- 3-5 years of analytical experience preferably in generating customer insights.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.

- Knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
