Aakash Educational Services - Content Developer (4-7 yrs)
Should have working knowledge of LMS & eLearning Authoring Tools (Captivate, Articulate, Powtoon, Camtesia etc.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth TNI by reaching out to Faculty, Academic Heads and other concerned stakeholders.
2. Administer LMS, onboard users, send daily/weekly emails, and upload training content.
3. Design & develop training content, ppts, videos, flashcards (mobile), handouts, feedback forms and using content design tools.
4. Develop & maintain content library.
Desired Qualification & Skill Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree preferably from science background.
2. Experience of teaching, training or working with educational institute will be added advantage.
4. Knowledge of instructional design, designing interactive training program & story boarding.
5. Technological aptitude to understand software, process automation, and general operation of LMS.
