Job Purpose:

The key role of the person is to define the Refund processes that would be followed by all branches. Re-define the process for any changes and ensure adoption of the processes by branch and regions.

Following are details of the responsibilities:

- Timely resolution of Refund requests and ensuring good experience for the parent/customer

- Process definition, training and adoption monitoring

- Accelerate refunds for any escalations

- Working with tech team for any system changes or tech issues

Key Requirements:

- Overall 4-5 years of experience in operations

- Strong communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder management skills
