Aakash Educational Services - Assistant Manager - Franchise (3-5 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Franchisee Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the franchise Operations for the Company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides franchisees with guidance and training to ensure the quality of services as per company SOP.
2. Assists each Franchise in completing their annual marketing plan and ensures that goals and objectives are achieved.
3. Responsible for taking report on daily / weekly / monthly basis and sharing with the Management.
4. Ensure that new product & solutions introductions to franchises are smooth, seamless and clearly rolled-out in terms.
5. Work as point of contact between the franchisee and the franchisor, and ensure that any issues/concerns are aptly and timely addressed.
6. Have sound knowledge of government compliances and processes
The right candidate for this role:
1. Should be Graduate/PG.
2. Good working knowledge in MS Word & Internet.
3. Should have pleasing personality.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is a must)
5. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
