Responsible for managing various teams of inside sales agents; ensuring that teams are performing against targets, while reviewing their performance and coaching them to over-achieve so. 2. Establish a high standard for agent productivity, quality and customer experience; planning, preparing and completing action plans helping teams to perform better; focusing on process improvement and quality assurance programs; 3. Maintains and improves call center operations by identifying gaps in the systems and help resolving those in coordination with the various stakeholders; 4. Administering daily operational activities; communicating expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing teams- contributions; enforcing policies and procedures. 5. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests from the senior Management Team; exploring opportunities to add value to the team. 6. Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; 7. Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and trends. Requirement: 1. Good communication skills. 2. Team handling experience. 3. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done. 4. Candidate should be comfortable for target-based job. 5. Should be aware and ready to follow the KRA's of team leader of BPO industry. 6. Sales background of Education industry will be preferred.
