AESL provides its services through classroom-based coaching, digital and distance learning programs which supplement its classroom courses and allow students to engage in self-paced learning. It also offers short-term classroom courses to prepare students for upcoming examinations. Additionally, it delivers and supports its education channels through digital features via Aakash iTutor and Aakash Live.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Program Manager who would be responsible for delivering multiple programs/projects for the organization which would be majorly around learners of AESL. To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program/project management.

What Would You Be Doing

- End-to-end management of the program from planning to delivery

- Defining Customer Experience objectives and outcomes

- Define Customer journey from enrolment to completing the course

- Optimising the current process to improve the overall customer experience

- Meeting with business stakeholders to identify business critical initiatives and concerns in processes

- Prioritising between initiatives based on impact

- Work with Product and Technology team to plan releases to augment customer experience and optimising processes

- Ensure goals are met in Customer experience and internal process optimisation

- Identify process gaps and help plug them by simplification of the process

- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

What We Are Looking At

- Individuals who possess previous experience of 5+ years into core charters of Program Management/Operations/Customer experience.

- Individuals who are highly learner obsessed, empathetic to learner issues and are passionate about creating a truly delightful experience for learners.

- Proven stakeholder management skills

- Prior experience in the e-learning industry preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook an preferably LMS Platform.

- Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies

Must Haves

- MBA or equivalent Post - Graduation Degree from a reputed institute

- Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management (no freshers)

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Rich experience of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams and delivering projects

- Experience of seamless working with remote teams

- Excellent project management and multitasking skills

- Business acumen to understand the actual learning needs

- Solid organizational, project management skills, and information technology aptitude

Good to Haves

- Edtech OR Fin-tech Experience

- Experience working with Learning Management Systems
