As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organising logistics What You Would Be Doing: - Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce - Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business - Drive engagement initiatives like - New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round tables and R&Rs - Supporting performance management methodologies using performance metrics, feedback, and rewarding performance - Analysing positions and organisational design and makes recommendations based on talent capabilities - Partnering with leadership team to drive a high performing culture, including the analysis and production of data and reporting for quarterly business reviews - Review and analyse business processes to identify trends across time span and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement. - Initiating forums and mechanism towards enhancing employee experience.
