Job Purpose :

- Owner of the Aakash Digital brand initiatives and brand saliency.

- Owning marketing budgets for Aakash Digital business, planning and optimizing budget vs. spends across all marketing activities.

- Manage the marketing team responsible for Aakash Digital.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Developing the Annual Marketing Plan and Marketing Strategy with the leadership team

- Co-creating media and advertising strategy ATL, BTL, SM, Digital, CRM and PR

- Responsible for brand management of Aakash Digitals brands brand positioning, managing creative agency.

- Owning marketing budgets for Aakash Digital business, planning and optimizing budget vs. spends across all marketing activities.

- Lead Acquisition through Digital Medium

- Support the field and channel sales team in the development and execution of customer acquisition programs at schools.

- Driving a world-class CRM strategy based on business and customer data analytics be the bridge between the product team and marketing execution.

- Spearheading strategic brand alliances and partnerships to strengthen consumer engagement

- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, SCM, IT, Legal, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
