Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site Branch Operations Manager role located in Hapur.

- The Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

- This includes managing staff, developing strategic plans for branch growth, handling customer queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

- The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new customer leads, managing loan processing, and preparing regular reports on branch performance and financial activities.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Experience in branch operations, strategic planning, and customer service

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare reports

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- Previous experience in a management role within a financial institution is a plus
