Role :
- The candidate will be mainly responsible for Business Development and Growth through Lead Generation and Conversion. His performance will be linked directly to the number of leads generated and successfully converted.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads for our various businesses through various online and offline channels
- Follow-up effectively on the generated leads to ensure maximum rate of conversion
- Come out with new strategies for increasing our client base
- Revenue generation through new account development
- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
- Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same
- Developing relevant business proposals
- Handling meeting with key clients
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Maximizing new business development opportunities
- Ability to manage teams & Good People Skills
- Developing relationships with clients
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
Skills :
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Proficiency in English
- Strong convincing skills
- Experience in IT Sales/IT Marketing is a must
