Responsibilities: - Provide Level 2 Support to the business users. - He/she has to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support all the problems in BorgWarner SAP Systems. - Analyze existing issues or deficiencies in current systems and provide solutions to fix them. - Check for inconsistencies and ensure it is tested and resolved. - Participate in SAP rollout Projects on other BorgWarner locations. - Perform new developments as per the requirement and test and move the subsequent environment. Key Skills: - Should have worked on at least 2 end to end SAP project implementations. - Overall experience of 8 Years out of which minimum 6 years on SAP SD module as consultant - Knowledge of SAP SD CIN module is necessary. - Knowledge about PP Module, FICO Module, and MM Module will be added advantage - Experience in Shipping, Receiving, Outbound delivery, Account determination, Scheduling Agreement, EDI, Inventory Domain, Logistics Invoice Verification, Batch, and Serial no. - Should have Support project experience - Solid Consulting's functional background is a must. - Should have at least 2 years of functional experience - Need to work in a cross-culture environment. - Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to document solutions and configuration in technical documents. - Ability to create blueprint documents and process flow documents required. - Ability to clearly write Functional Specification documents. - Ability to contribute to training documents - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Certified for SAP SD is optional. - Systematic and structured work behavior, Self-Motivated and self - driven - Strong Communications and Good Problem Solving skills
