Responsibilities: - Work with IT partner and assist in timely development and deployment of projects (SAP and non SAP applications) for the finance function - Participating in requirement gathering discussions with business users, related to SAP and non SAP applications - Interacting with business users for finance while documenting requirements and discussing with IT partner - Assist in creating test scenarios, carrying out testing, preparing functional specifications, closure of testing with users and training to users - Assist in preparing project communications - Monitor and drive to close support tickets related to finance function Required Skills: - Preferably MBA Finance / CMA - 4-10 years of total experience with SAP FICO and exposure in at least 2 end to end implementation project - Experience in understanding business processes and able to convert to IT requirements (SAP and non SAP applications) - Sound business process knowledge, accounting knowledge and process design skills in finance and costing - Experience in integration of FI with CO, MM, SD Modules - Should have good functional knowledge of finance and costing processes - Should be well versed with SAP FICO modules (including GST / TDS) - Good communication skills - written and verbal - Experience in preparing functional specifications and training - Experience in functional knowledge in BAPI, LSMW and customizing objects for integration with third-party applications - Fair understanding of project management - Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines - Good MS-Excel & MS-Powerpoint skills
