Drafting, Negotiation and vetting of various contracts including Artist Agreement, syndication agreement, content acquisition agreement, software licensing agreement, music license agreement, production agreement, lyricist, music, singer music composer agreements, End user License Agreement, Privacy policy guidelines etc. 2. Ensuring companies periodical regulatory compliance. 3. Liasoning with various regulatory bodies (Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) for approvals and updates.. 4. Ensuring content regulation, standards and practices check . 5. Looking after companies litigation including Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, 138 matters, arbitration, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, co-ordinating with external counsels and appearing in various courts. 6. Reporting to Chief Financial Officer of the company. 7. Ensuring generation, updating and circulation of MIS to all stakeholders and at the group level. 8. Providing assistance and co-ordination in all the corporate transactions. 9. Ensure timely and smooth compliance of all audits. 10. Drafting and replying to various legal notices. 11. Registration of Trademark. 12. Knowledge of mobile laws including but not limited to privacy policy, copyright, cyber laws, security and forensics+B13
