Finance and Accounts, Budgeting and Analysis - Routine daily finance and accounting till finalization, - Liasioning with the Bankers for the treasury related matters, - Arrangement of Credit Facilities arrangement &amp; negotiations, - Borrowing and other Working Capital Term Loan Facilities, - Daily Cash Flow and Working capital management, - Monthly Financials and MIS, - Financial reporting matters and Returns to RBI as per NBFC norms, - Annual return for Foreign assets and liabilities to RBI, - Regular monitoring of key financial ratios as per prudential norms for NBFC, - Financial Planning, Monitoring and Control, variance Analysis as compared to budget, - Business Plan preparation for investors and fund raising, - Bad debts provisioning and Write off including recoveries, - Liasioning with the Internal and Group Company Auditors, - Liasioning with Statutory and Tax Auditors for the compliance of Audit matters and Legal requirements, - Transfer Pricing, - Statutory reporting and payments, - Taxation and other related matters for Income Tax and Service Tax, GST, Tax assessments, - Reporting for consolidation of Accounts at Group level - Group Company related accounting and reconciliations on a periodical basis
