Position : - We're on the lookout for a motivated and self-driven individual to join as Sales Director in our Sales Operations Team. - This is a frontline, hands-on sales role. You will work with B2B SaaS product companies to sell their offerings to clients across the globe. - We follow a 100% Remote Sales process, with prospect engagement via phone/web. - The position is based out of Bangalore. Does not involve travel. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - You would be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure for 7x's client. - You would need to build a deep and comprehensive understanding of the offering, value proposition, customer segments &amp; competition. - You would need to master the nuances of consultative selling to be able to close sales for complex offerings. - You would need to update CRM and other trackers. - You would participate in daily 1-on-1 review meetings with your manager. Requirements :&nbsp; - 4-10 years of total work experience - Sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS companies - Good problem-solving skills. - The high intent of getting things done. - Commitment to excellence - should be able to improve things every day.
