Role: Manager- Logistics

Work Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 7-10 years

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Handling overseas inbound & outbound movement of goods

- Liaison with FF for cargo movements of goods

- Liaison with CHA for customs clearance formalities & various mandatory certification requirements etc.

- Prospective supplier development/management

- Should have understanding on electronics BOM

- PO preparation & tracking

- Critical parts sourcing

- Implementation of 2nd source strategy

- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Experience in handling and building relationships with logistics vendors.

- Very strong analytical, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good negotiation skills

- Stakeholder management (Sales / Dealers)

- Ability to gather information and collate them into metrics and dashboards.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience:

- Graduate or post graduate from any university in Business, Engineering or any other field.

- Experience within a startup or other extremely fast paced environments.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.), inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems
