Role: Lead-Energy Efficiency Services

Work Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 10+ years

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Accountable to drive/surpass energy savings/ efficiency target as agreed with the client on HVAC systems

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure constraints are overcome to meet the targets.

- Prepare dashboards/energy-saving reports for the client and effectively take the client through the reports/ dashboards

- Monitor client sites & build customer retention models based on analysing client energy trends.

- Responsible for identifying scope of energy efficiency improvement in the system with the help of visualization alongside continuous integration & application of energy domain knowledge

- Responsible for HVAC energy audits for different types of clients.

- Provide actionable analytical insights and recommendations based on findings aligned to business objectives such as segmentation and targeting of customers

- Role includes helping the technician for site installation, data flow stabilization, report generation & support to technical issue during and after commissioning

- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

- Adopt analytical methodologies based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders and industry best practices

- Prioritize and respond to requests for data retrieval, visualization, and investigation with minimal turn-around time

- Implement, and maintain data mining, statistical, and visualization algorithms needed for data Analysis

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage with customers & deliver on the targets !!!

- Working knowledge of BMS and energy calculations

Required Skills & Abilities:

- More than 10 years of in-depth understanding & analysis of energy data. Conducts energy data analysis. Implements & maintains the data mining.

- Experience on energy savings in HVAC systems is a must

- Proven ability to manage large datasets and conduct analysis involving multivariable equations

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Education & Experience:

- Engineering Graduate, preferable from Environmental/Energy background

- Excellent Computer proficiency

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Hands on knowledge of Power BI Tool is preferred
