Work Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- General Accounting :Controlling & Monitoring the Team Accounts Payable, Receivable & Journal Accounting and ensures Accurate and timely customer billing, Vendors payments, Book Keeping, Freight Bill Audit and Provisions Etc.
Handling team
- Preparation month end closing. Ensures accuracy and consistency of financial statements
- Finalization of various financial statements i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash & Fund Flow Statements etc. on monthly basis and Year to date.
- Process Implementation and improvement
- Finance Process mapping & Implementation - As required
- Evaluating the processes and suggestive the corrective action in order to regulate the irregularities - As required.
- Financial Analysis
- New Business P&L, Investment, WC Analysis - As required
- Variance Analysis - Budget V/S Actual - Investor (Monthly Dashboard)
Variance Analysis - Budget V/S Actual - Management - Monthly
- Existing Customer P&L -Monthly/Quarterly
- Working Capital Requirements for new Project
- Prepare additional analysis and reports as requested by management.
- Cost Analysis of Freight & other Expenditures
- Funds Management
- Daily Fund Monitoring
- Proper Utilizations of Fund & Monitoring Payouts
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for payouts & investment
Budgeting -
- Participate yearly Budget Finalization, activities to create Departmental Budget/Targets
- Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
- Controlling & Monitor Administration Budget
- Controlling & Monitor Administration Budget
Other Financial Activities -
- Review and preparation of details required for the statutory audit. Interfacing with auditors.
- Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
- Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
- Administration
- Monitor, Controlling & approving all Administrations cost (Travel & Other operating Expenses)
- Supervise administrative staff
