IMS Leadership Role&nbsp; Job Description for IMS Solutions Head - The candidate should be at least 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure Management Services domain with a complete understanding of the domain keeping in mind the Digital transformation story for IMS related areas. - Should have led a team in previous engagements in day-to-day activities that include Bid management, pre-sales activities, guiding the team on specific solution building pertaining to IMS related technologies. - The leader has an understanding in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle Cloud) SAAS/PAAS/IAAS, RPA automation and guides the R&amp;D team of IMS to build/integrate solutions that can be a game-changer to its customers and prospects. - The leader will be well versed with Data center technologies that includes, Networks, Security, Storage, Compute, Hypervisors etc. - The leader would have experience in working in RIM, NOC/SOC related environments that form the core solution in the IMS domain. - The leader will also be client facing during various pre-sales and solution pitch to its prospects/customers and hence good communication skills with the customer presentation experience is a must. - The leader will also liaison with sales teams across North America, EMEA, India and APAC and be available on calls for any client meetings and process the requirements thereafter. The leader would be available to travel to any of these regions as and when required. - The leader will be experienced in outsourcing/offshoring professional with experience analyzing, transacting, implementing, managing, optimizing, and overseeing all aspects of IMS pre-sales and sales lifecycle. - The leader will have an understanding of the markets in terms of trends in IMS in specific regions/markets and work with IMS teams to strengthen IMS offerings from time to time to stay ahead of the competition. - The leader will also in Strong Strategic vision, Customer service focused and adept in Stakeholder management at all levels. - The leader will possess skills in people management, must believe in continuous innovation, planning and execution to ensure customer receives the right solution pertaining to all the domains within IMS - The leader would also have knowledge in various frameworks like ITSM, ISO, COBIT etc. and other metrics / KPI's pertaining to IMS Services deliveries. - IT Services Outsourcing - Management - Pre sales, Solutions Architect - NOC &amp; SOC Operations - Program/Project - Vendor/Partner Management - ITSM, ITIL &amp; COBIT - 24x7 IT Service Delivery/Operations - Process Transition &amp; Optimization - IT Budgeting/ Cost Optimization - Team Management skills - Customer Service Oriented - Problem Solving skills - Negotiation &amp; presentation skills - Customer Presentations and Management - Adaptable/Flexible
