Job Details :

- Oracle Fusion HCM : Focus is on Core HR, Talent Management, Work force management and Help Desk.

- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Global HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Learning, Goal & Performance Management, HR Helpdesk, Compensation & Benefits).

- Good Experience in Mapping Data E-Biz to Fusion, Mass Data Loading, Page Customizations, Payroll Interfaces, HCM Extracts, BI and OTBI Reports, Role based Access Control setup and BPM Approval Setups.

- Having Experience on Technically Integration from Third Party Systems to Fusion Application by Using Different Loaders (HDL, FBL, PBL, SDL).

- Expertise in Oracle Reports, BI Discoverer10g, BI XML, OBIEE Reports, Fusion BI & OTBI Reports.

- Development of various HRMS enhancement requests using OAF / Workflow.

- Expertise in applying AOL standards and developing RDF Reports, Forms, APIs, Interfaces, Conversions and Loader scripts in Oracle Applications..
