1. 8-15 years of experience in IT solution and IT Services sales in reputed organizations

2. Must have extensively handled application development business development and complete sales cycle for government

3. Should have remained consistent in securing new IT solutions and IT Application Managed Services YoY with growth

4. Ideally the candidate should have demonstrable experience of integrated solution sales covering multiple technology domains, combination of IT services

5. Well familiar with latest technology trend in IT solution space including digital solutions including BI/Analytics, IoT, Mobility, RPA, Blockchain, Cloud and IT Infra Managed Services Automation, Shared services, Service Management

6. Should be capable of handling L1 solution discussion with client independently

7. Must be proficient in English speaking, writing and presentation

8. Should be a go-getter who would walk the extra mile to develop customer confidence and create a niche

9. Candidate should be very well familiar with the eGovernance programs at centre and states, as well connected with sales eco-system to fetch new opportunities who can haunt for the opportunities rather than following RFPs

10. Ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate existing connects with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders

11. Should be able to work under pressure and capable to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

12. Extensive travelling is required and he has to work in heavy pressure of sales
