Job Title - Area Sales Manager - HoReCa, Lauric Fats, Bakery Fats
- Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for a particular Area within a region for entire range of products.
- Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire Districts and States.
- Handling distributors, Appointment of Super Stockiest & CSA
- Looking after major key accounts.
- Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts.
- Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff.
- Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers). Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner.
- Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities.
- Liaisons with Trade Marketing teams and Area Sales Manager in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
- Co-ordinates with the overall Regional Sales Head to obtain the necessary support.
- Monitors and reports on competition activity
- Candidates must be Management Graduates/Post Graduates with 7 - 12 years of experience into FMCG.
- Candidates will need to have good communication and people management skills, capable to create network of Super & Distributors and available Sales team
