3EA - Business Analyst - Market Research (2-5 yrs)

Job Objective:

To be responsible for studying company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs, conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities and developing and implementing a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget of the client.

Role and Responsibilities

- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences

- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it

- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases

- Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct

- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices

- Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs

- Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities

- Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget

- Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The candidate should have Bachelor's degree and MBA in Marketing with additional certification is preferred. The candidate should have minimum two years of experience.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile

- Strong analytical and critical thinking/ problem-solving skills. Business mindset to understand the rationale behind the transactions and ability and willingness to dive deeper into industry issues and bring greater insights for our clients

- Strong computer knowledge, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
