About the role

We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic professional for the Talent Acquisition Manager role to help us in finding and retaining talent. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with designing the complete hiring strategy and implementing it for the ongoing quest across the portfolio. Building a strong employer brand, acting as a talent consultant and ensuring great relationships with the candidates will be a part of you responsibilities with this role.

Responsibilities

- Lead and strengthen the talent acquisition vertical

- Work in unison with business leaders to understand and forecast organizations needs

- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans from scratch

- Partner with hiring managers to develop and curate job descriptions/job specifications as per the requirements and implement the recruitment roadmap

- Support the hiring team by providing them with relevant market analysis and advice throughout the recruitment process

- Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through various portals/platforms and execute efficient procedures to surface the best talent

- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates using various effective selection tools/methods/assessments

- Orchestrate salary negotiation and offer letter generation

- Monitor and apply best talent acquisition practices

- Create influential candidate-employer relationships during the selection process

- Launch innovative initiatives to ensure positive candidate experience

- Support on-boarding of new employees along with employee retention and development

Requirements

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

- Proven work experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or equivalent role

- Rich experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent mapping, sourcing and employer branding

- Solid understanding of various job boards, selection methods and techniques

- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultation skills

- Strong decision-making skills

- Strategic thinking
