The Finance Manager will be involved in the full range of operations and accounting activities. The role involves high levels of trust and confidentiality as the manager will be responsible for maintaining the financial hygiene for all our assets and transactions in Goa. The manager is expected to work independently and monitor the operations while making analytical and accurate decisions for business profitability. Key Responsibilities - Maintaining the financial health for Goa location by preparing and maintaining project financial projections, budgets and cash flow tracking and fund allocation - Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations and providing financial reports to the senior management - Managing vendor payments and daily expenses, conducting reviews for cost-reduction opportunities - Collaborating with asset and property management staff for development of projects and tracking compliances - Assisting the central team with monthly reconciliations, accounting, cost segregations, balance sheet finalization, statutory filings, returns and provide development financial reporting as needed - Leading the execution of changes to financial procedures, policies, and systems for the Goa location - Managing the tenants and the Goa portfolio performance and identify areas of improvements Key attributes - Qualified CA or Master's degree in Finance or related field - Proven experience of independently handling financial operations for a corporate - Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used - Great understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles - Excellent business judgment and negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - High degree of professional ethics and integrity - Problem-solving aptitude and eye for detail
