Statement of purpose :

- To ensure that the Programs/ KSPs are compliant to the defined requirement of the client & the 24/7 QMS

- To ensure continual improvements on the identified critical metrics of all programs using Six Sigma / Process improvement methodologies

Summary of essential job functions :

-To ensure that the Programs/ KSPs are compliant to defined requirement of the client & the 24/7 QMS through:

a. Development of Performance barometers for each program/ KSP

b. Establishing a QMS for every program / KSP

c. Establish an EWS mechanism for critical metrics across the organization

d. Conducting quarterly audits, establish criticality of findings, follow up to closure on findings

e. Continual improvement thru various projects like Six Sigma or Lean projects
