About Predictive Search & CAC

In Digital advertising, paid search marketing is one of the key business areas. We advertise within the sponsored listings of a search engine paying the right amount at the right time. We predict the intent of the end user based on the context (location, gender, age, historical data etc.) and help our customers to convert the Ads to successful business revenue. Personalization is another key business area where we show a customized display Ad based on user's interest & intent. We combine these two business units and call Customer Acquisition Cloud (CAC). Engagement of customers through other channels (voice, chat, web etc.) is referred as Customer Engagement Cloud (CEC). In [24]7 we provide seamless experience from customer acquisition cloud (CAC) to customer engagement Cloud (CEC) and there by Predictive search is extremely strategic for our overall business.

- 8 + years of experience in hiring Full Stack Developers, MEAN Stack developer hiring

Role Brief

- Prior Hiring Experience in Hadoop, Python, Machine Learning and Full Stack developers are preferred.

- Responsible for all levels of hiring across multiple businesses within the organization.

- Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management and post offer Management.

- Proficiency in understanding market intelligence and present data on a regular basis.

- Proven track record in handling Senior Level hiring.

- Hands on head-hunting skill

- Good Communication Skills.
