Required Experience -

Skills & Educational Qualifications:

Experience Tenure: 3-7 years of relevant experience.

Domain: Business Intelligence & Analytics, Web Analytics, Consulting, Professional Services

Verticals (preferred): Retail, BFSI, Telecom, Travel & Hospitality

Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline (Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, etc).

Skills Required: Strong hands-on expertise on R, SQL, Advanced Excel(VBA).

Skills Preferred: big data frameworks, scala, PIG, Python, etc.

- Experience in handling big data sets (Structured or unstructured data).

- Ability to understand business problems and convert them to an optimal data strategy.

- Willingness to learn new concepts, methods, and technologies.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to adapt to new development environments and changing business situations.

- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

- Strong storytelling & articulation skills ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience.

Roles :

In this role, you will:

- Drive initiatives to optimize revenue.

Conduct in-depth business analysis to:

- Provide insights/root causes for business performance

- Identify new opportunities

- Create Business cases

- Design and analyze experiments and evaluate the results

- Communicate results and recommendations to senior management

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with client and internal teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

- Own and conduct weekly business performance meeting with the client Prepare monthly/quarterly business performance report.

- Own and coordinate multiple projects.

- Refine implementation methodologies and approaches to incorporate lessons learnt.

- Apply advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, data mining, text mining.
