The result is an order of magnitude improvement in digital adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.  For more information, visit: http://www.247.ai  Job title Assistant Manager - Compensation and Benefits  This role will be part of Compensation and benefits team for India BPO Organization comprising of two centers (Bangalore and Hyderabad) with a strength of 6800+ employees.  Key Responsibilities  - Provide regular compensation and benefits consulting support to the business to ensure that all decisions and actions related to C&B are in line with organization C&B guidelines and statutory requirements.  - Support the annual compensation cycle including creation and communication of merit guidelines, merit process simulation based on eligibility rules, business support in terms of query resolution and detailed post-merit analysis  - Manage performance based incentive compensation plan - work with business in design of plans, ensure alignment with respective program SLAs, review and manage regular payouts as per the incentive policy  - Provide benchmarking for salary and benefits against internal and external market and utilize the same to create pay ranges, provide market insights and analytical support to business for decision making  - Provide recommendations and continuous support for movement related salary increases, internal parity, hiring ranges for new businesses by utilizing data as appropriate  - Work closely with payroll and finance for error free and timely processing of compensation and benefits related inputs, provisions and other monthly requirements  - Diagnose problem areas, conduct self-guided research and come up with solutions. Develop procedures and take initiatives to reduce costs, improve process efficiencies and ensure adherence to timeline  - Ensure appropriate Governance in terms of alignment of business compensation and benefits actions to the organization policy and SOPs as applicable.  Education Qualification and work experience  - Post Graduate with specialization in HR preferred  - 4+ years of relevant work experience and should have been part of C&B team in IT/ITES organization  Skill -  - Understanding of core C&B and payroll processes.  - Interact with colleagues across levels to communicate C&B policy updates and gather information  - Problem solving and analytical skill, expert execution capability and situational fluency  - Experience with data scrubbing and maintaining data integrity  - High level of proficiency with MS Excel including the ability to write formulas, create pivot tables and spreadsheets.  Personal Qualities -  - Shows a high degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings.  - Is collaborative  - Team player  - Is flexible and adaptable  - Is proactive in her/his approach to any requirement of the organization
