Manage center Transport team for day to day transport operations. Coordinate with all programs of the Hyderabad center for employee friendly transport services.  Summary of essential job functions :   - Ensure the team follow the process of vehicle Tracking, Routing, cab deployment and Safetrax Transport tool management as per the company policy., Ensure Transport MIS reports/Billing process of vendors prepared and submitted on time for smooth operations. Ensure employee safe travel and live tracking of vehicles through GPS tracker being followed and services are delivered as per the employee expectations.. Preparing the Dash board on Safe trax services to present to management team as and when necessary.  - Preparing the budget for the department and ensure the cost is managed within the budgeted cost. Present the weekly/Monthly /Annual presentations to Management team.  - Coordinate with all the programs for day to operations requirement and deliver the results accordingly.  Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) - Graduate and Above  Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioral] - MS Office /Excel & Computer operating skills, Communication skills. Behavior & Power point presentation skills.  Job Responsibilities :   - Provide administrative support / Motivate Transport team for day to day smooth Transport Operations.   - Ensure timely arrival of vehicles and timely departure of vehicles as per the cut Off time of transport department.  - Ensure and Maintain of vehicle documents as per the company compliance requirement.   - Follow the Incident report process in case of any incident / accident during day to day operations..  - Ensure & manage Day /night shift operations function smoothly with relevant reports.   - Managing SMS messages manually with Cab details to employees in case auto system is not functioning.  - Monitoring and managing Vendor SLAs as agreed in the transport agreement.  - Managing Transport vendors agreement and timely renewals.  - Optimization of Routes by effective planning as per the routes / vehicles available..   - Ensure team attendance, Punctually & sincerely.  - Sharing Knowledge & Experience in Achievement of Team Goals/KRA   - Maintaining Appropriate Standards of team Behavior, Dress & Appearance  - Ensure vendor performance and attend regular vendor performance review.  - To ensure all reports, checklist, statutory compliance are adhered at all times   - Following of GPRS deliverables and Its functions fitted in the cabs for tracking and reports.  - Ensure safety and security of employees during their travel.  - Achieve Employee satisfaction survey - 90% in Monthly on line survey.   Performance Measures [Metrics for evaluating Job Holders] :   1. On time Arrival & On time Departure as per the Transport policy.  2. Maintain optimum cab Occupancy during the trips.  3. Ensure all vendors Cab Compliance reports validity at all times..  4. Daily OTA/OTD dash board with On time arrival /drops status.  5. Tracking of vehicles through GPRS tracker ( Arrivals & departures. )  6. Monitor TMS/ GPRS live tracking updates / reports to programs / management.  7. Safety of employees travel and Escorts Provision for First and last Lady pick & drop during night.  8. Ensure all employees gets Transport notifications SMS as per the policy.  9. Achieving Employee satisfaction - 90% all the times.
