Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement gathering & management

- Analytical Mind-set and understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs, Execute high priority (i.e. cross-functional, high impact) projects

- Organizational performance enhancement

- Expertise in developing highly available dashboards and metrics.

- Must know project lifecycle execution (project planning, execution, Risk assessment and system availability)

- Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data

- Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning that helps to grow

Required Skills :

- Good understanding of technical documentation (BRD & FRD)

- Understanding of SDLC & PDLC

- Hands-on with Wireframing

- Strong functional knowledge of statistics, query skills

- Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explaining complex solutions

- Good analytical skills and ability to understand the business and be able to relate the same to data

- Understanding of eCommerce/retail business.
