1Point1 - Associate Vice President - Training (15-25 yrs)

Nature of Role :

The objective of this role is to bring efficiency and alignment of business units of the current process training team, and convert this into Talent Transformation Business Unit (TTBU) at an Enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities Include :-

1. Leading and managing a large business process training function across geographies and businesses and create a proactive process training and effective resource management capability across the enterprise

2. Create a sustainable training bench for the organization and supply talent to all business units in a timely and planned manner to avoid revenue leakage and maintain a high training throughput

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Proactively Identify process training needs basis stakeholder's requirement

2. Proactively Analyze resource forecast on timely basis with business and transition team

3. Plan and implement TTBU process training basis organization growth plans and goals

4. Evaluate process training programs and support training function wherever required

5. Monitor training performance and take necessary corrective action involving all stakeholders

6. Assess capability gaps, devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps

7. Track and report employee success and progress

8. End to end business training governance and seek leadership support if needed

9. Build strong TTBU process training model and team to delivery to organization needs

10. Evaluate process trainers and up skill the training team to meet organization needs

11. Prepare and monitor TTBU budget for process training programs and workshops

12. Strong analytical skills, logic, reasoning skills and interpretation to resolve problems

13. Maintain good rapport with clients and stakeholders with regular communication

14. Risk management - identify, assess and address risks involved

15. Manage TTBU process training metrics for regular report outs

16. Reporting the performance of TTBU process training function to leadership team

17. Seamless and proactive delivery of pre-trained talent to the BUs

18. Seek continuous feedback from BUs

19. TTBU Training Process Standardization and management

Skills Required:

- Strong technical skills and understands knowledge management, its collaboration tools, and technologies.

- Ability to work closely with Knowledge Management Lead(s) and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment capable of managing several tasks simultaneously, while paying attention to detail and quality

- Proven experience in developing and supporting delivery in the areas of Ways-of-Working/End-to-End processes for Operational Excellence in Knowledge Management, and overall communications strategy development and implementation

- Strong scientific training approach, enthusiastic trainer, experienced in operational training

- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methodology (majorly digital/ blended learning approach)

- Proven ability to align training intervention to meet business context/ needs

- Experience with webinar and e-learning applications, course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar products

- Knowledge of and experience in handling change and marketing communications in the past will be critical to being successful in this role

Desired Profile :

- PG / MBA with Min 15+ yrs experience in Training & KM in BPO Industry

- Train the Trainer (TTT) Certified

- L&D professionals who can assist in creating and designing Functional training programs

- Strong technical background with proven track record of managing large training assignments and teams

- Demonstrated strong analytical, interpretive and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex information and prepare concise, compelling presentations

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

- Need to be prepared and flexible to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones

- Exposure to implementing effective training programs in a classroom and virtual environment

- Managed mass performance assessments and improvement enabled by technology / process

- Certification in Training Delivery / Content Development / Knowledge Management

- Strong on Content Creation and Management, Planning and scheduling, Training Need Analysis, People Management skills, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
