A high energy, passionate individual who will drive breakthrough processes and continuous improvement initiatives at distribution center while building multiple facilities and ensuring an effective process excellence culture for Company Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Leading efficient distribution center operations 2) Delivering Business Impact by driving business processes, solving problems, and driving positive change within the organization 3) Apply Lean, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects. 4) Responsible for the overall TAT adherence, quality and internal as well as customer experience of both Inbound &amp; Outbound operations. 5) Accountable for Inventory across facilities &amp; maintaining 99.99% stock accuracy 6) Work closely with cross-functional team and plan operational capacity accordingly 7) Work closely with Process &amp; training team to implement new developments both at system and process level 8) Set metric for entire operations to measure performance &amp; provide feedback on performance for each department. 9) Develop and maintain strong handshake processes across supply chain to ensure smooth reconciliation and integrity of material 10) Demonstrate leadership abilities with business units using appropriate influencing and consensus building skills to manage expectations and cultivate relationships. 11) Should be able to work independently with ability to take quick as well as rational decision to be in line with rapid growing business 12) Cost center management Skill: 1) Minimum 6 years of experience with demonstrated hands-on expertise in supply chain and warehouse operations. 2) A self-starter with a high degree of commitment and diligence to drive operations creating synergies developing an efficient operational system 3) Ability to handle large volumes and to cope with a fast-evolving business environment. 4) MBA degree from Tier 1 or 2 colleges, engineering background preferred. Proficiency in Supply Chain Management 5) Sound understanding of Warehouse environment management systems and typical equipment and systems 6) Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate teams so as to enable teams for excelling their performance 7) Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels and across functions 8) Excellent people management skills and ability to work as a team member 9) Six-Sigma knowledge is desirable
