Designation : Sr. Manager Financial Planning and Analysis Location : Gurgaon Reporting to : AVP - Finance Job Description : - Manage and drive budgeting/planning/forecasting process across the company coordinating with business and analytics teams - Manage, develop and create financial reporting packages that will help drive and support the business, inclusive of business metrics/KPIs - Ensure timely preparation and analysis of monthly MIS and compare with the budget - Identify and communicate revenue risks and opportunities and review and respond promptly to ad-hoc requests for information and analysis - Manage investor relations, ensuring timely investor reporting and responding to adhoc requests - Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery anticipating needs of internal customers and other stakeholders - Participate in analysing investment opportunities - acquisitions, geo expansion Qualifications : - CA (first attempt preferred) or MBA, with consistently strong academic and professional track record - 5-10 years or more experience in FP&A Other specific skills / attributes : - Experience working in large professional companies (experience in start-ups added advantage) - Strong technical skills and domain knowledge with hands-on experience - Stakeholder management skills including working with business teams across functions - Strong communication, inter-personal and team management skills - Ability to work under pressure and ensuring accountability for all committed timelines and ability to adapt to high performance start-up culture - High energy and self-starter
