Job Description Position - Manager - Sales Operations & Analytics Location - 1mg HQ, Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: The role will have twin responsibility of driving the supply effectiveness function and ad-monetization operations. Supply effectiveness: - Lead the analytics function for account managers and vendors' success metrics, to increase the overall sales productivity - Work with business teams to define business development team's success metrics, essential to meet business goals - Automate vendor insights required to enable vendor success Ad-monetisation operations: - Lead the ad-monetization operations team responsible to take campaigns live and control vendors' ad-inventory - Driving team for ad operations like payments settlement, sharing platform insights and overall campaign execution - Enable advertiser success through data driven optimization of the campaigns - Working with technology and product teams to define new solutions to address vendor issues Experience: - Overall 4 - 6 years of work experience, including: - Strong analytics experience with background in SQL and Tableau - Experience in R, Python or Power BI will be an added advantage - Knowledge about Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics - Passionate about data and insights, and ability to go in-depth of every problem statement - Experience preferably with e-commerce / media domain
