Purpose of the Role The City Head will be responsible for growth and operations of 1mg in Mumbai - across all our business lines. As the City P&amp;L owner, the City Head will drive all key initiatives and teams to achieve sustainable and accelerated growth, while maintaining operational excellence and efficiencies. This is a high visibility and impact role, and can groom into a larger leadership role in the region and organization in due course. Key responsibilities of the role holder - Own the complete P&amp;L responsibility for the city - across all business lines of 1mg - Drive-up growth and take suitable city-specific and hyperlocal marketing/growth activities - Improve customer engagement, delight and retention - Maintain and grow city profitability - Ensure smooth and efficient operations - Mentor and lead the city team to drive outcomes - Be the face of 1mg for all stakeholders in the city The ideal candidate should have- - 7+ years of experience - 2+ years of experience leading a city / region - 2+ years of experience in Mumbai - Experience in driving growth through BTL drives, market activations, channel partnerships and other initiatives a must - Experience in launching new markets / products would be useful - Ecommerce / Startup experience would be an added advantage - Strong Analytical and Communication skills - Team leadership experience Qualifications - Masters (MBA preferred, but not essential)Purpose of the Role
