Qualification required - DMLT / Lab Technician / or any other technical qualification related to diagnostic industry + MBA Industry Preference : E-diagnostic Industry Job Responsibilities: 1. Build and lead a strong team of internal Ops team leaders and Phlebotomists Diagnostics services across South India 2. Own and manage the daily functions of the Collection operation including logistics, supply chain management, vendor management, coordination with LAB 3. Set up, and maintain daily systems to ensure smooth coordination between LAB , CRM, Logistic partner, and and internal Phlebotomists/Ops team 4. Ensure regulatory, compliance and internal SOPs and rules are followed by all the logistic Partner and In house Phlebotomists from Sample collections to processing 5. Build a robust system of check and balances, QA, for sample processing with Phlebotomist and team leaders 6. Establish and maintain business standards for reliability , Trustworthy , Convenient serviceability model. 7.Drive Quality service & Quality metrics like on time collection & NPS Skills Required: 1. Analytical problem solver and solution design capability 2. High data centricity and ability to drive metrics / sub-metrics improvements 3. Effective communicator with good people skills 4. Impactful team player with high learning agility and ownership
